Referral & Consult
We discuss the referral concerns, evaluation type, timeline, and any relevant documentation or deadlines.
Interview
A comprehensive clinical interview and assessments are conducted to better understand the client’s history, emotional functioning, and current concerns.
Review
Relevant records and supporting materials are carefully reviewed to provide additional context and clinical understanding.
Report
A detailed psychological evaluation report is thoughtfully prepared using clinically relevant findings and observations.
Secure Delivery
The completed report is securely delivered to the client and/or referring attorney according to authorization and preferences.

Scope of Practice
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my evaluations focus on psychological functioning, emotional hardship, trauma-related symptoms, and clinically relevant mental health concerns within the scope of LPC practice.
Evaluations do not include personality testing, IQ testing, or neuropsychological assessment.
